4. Don’t Diet This advice may sound strange, but an official “diet” could slow down your weight loss goals. You should avoid feeling hungry and deprived of your favorite foods, as it may add to you stress and possibly even cause you to gain weight. Just eat naturally and healthy and let your metabolism do the rest. Most women noticed that their weight came off relatively easily following this advice. Try eating a well-balanced, wide variety of foods and also keep snacks in your house to prevent you from feeling hungry and to give you energy during the day.
Great snacks are carrot sticks, apple slices and wheat crackers. It is important not to drop below 1,800 calories a day, no matter how strongly you feel you want to loose weight.
